When I was in college I signed up to take a business class because the class was known to be an easy A. Everyone knew that the teacher’s policy was to give you an A if you showed up and turned in the assignments. It didn’t even matter if a person’s assignment was trash. Why not sign up, right?

The other day I was running through the jungle. Well, it seemed like a jungle. The trees were tall, the vegetation was plentiful, and the air was sticky like duct tape. While on my run I met an ape, but not just any ape. This was a talking ape.

Pain will cause a person to display unruly behavior and say words one can’t find in the Bible. Of course, I’m not saying I did this. But do you remember the last time you stubbed your toe? I’m just sayin’.

Have you ever had a delicious meal?  I mean, finger-licking, bowl slurping, lip smacking, feet swinging toothpick seeking delicious.  If you have, I bet you can remember exactly what you ate.  What makes a delicious meal even better? A show-stopper dessert wins every time.   You know, the kind of dessert that makes you say mmm mmm mmm, from the first bite.
